1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 777bar8 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 777bar8 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 777bar8 Platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 777bar8 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 777bar8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify 777bar8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• Account Verification (KYC): 777bar8 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4 Permitted Use of the Platform

The 777bar8 Platform is provided for lawful entertainment and gaming purposes only. You agree to use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All funds deposited into your 777bar8 account are your own legally obtained funds and are not derived from any criminal or unlawful activity.
• You are not using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by 777bar8.
• You will not attempt to exploit any technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• You accept that all gaming outcomes on the 777bar8 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are subject to the house edge applicable to each game.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

777bar8 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. 777bar8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. • Anti-Money Laundering: 777bar8 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that we reasonably suspect may be connected to financial crime.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 777bar8 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Each promotion is available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in account suspension.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777bar8 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 or on behalf of any person under the age of 21.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, cheating, collusion, or match-fixing.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 777bar8 staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Creating or operating duplicate accounts in violation of the one-account-per-person policy.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777bar8 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 777bar8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use any 777bar8 trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777bar8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

777bar8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

777bar8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Amendments to These Terms

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 777bar8 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

777bar8 operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved satisfactorily may escalate their complaint to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable procedures.
